7j7j Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7j7j ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://7j7j.io ("the Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with 7j7j, including registration, use of the Platform's features, financial transactions, participation in promotions, and access to customer support.

• One account per person. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 7j7j Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts, whether discovered immediately or at any later date, will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus funds held therein.
• Account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any other person to access your account.

4.1 Deposits. 7j7j accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawal eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts that have completed the applicable KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational availability. 7j7j targets withdrawal processing within one business hour for verified accounts, though processing times may vary.

5.1 General conditions. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by 7j7j are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. 5.3 One bonus per account. Unless expressly permitted in the specific promotion terms, only one bonus may be active on a single account at any time. Players may not hold multiple bonus balances simultaneously unless a specific multi-bonus structure is explicitly offered.

5.5 Promotion availability. Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn by 7j7j at any time without prior notice. Participation in any promotion is voluntary.

6.1 Fair play. All games offered on the 7j7j Platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash titles, dice games, and sports betting markets — operate under independently certified fair-play conditions. Game outcome randomness is provided by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for casino games, and by real-world sporting events for betting markets.

6.2 Technical errors. In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, 7j7j will attempt to resolve the matter in accordance with the affected game provider's published error resolution policy. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 7j7j Platform without prior written consent from 7j7j.
